Revocation Evaluation
In Arizona, the Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) may revoke a driver’s license or privilege to drive for a variety of reasons, including driving under the influence, reckless driving, or failure to comply with court orders. If a driver’s license or privilege to drive is revoked, they may be required to complete an MVD revocation application in order to have it reinstated. This application typically requires the driver to provide information about their driving history, any prior revocations or suspensions, and any relevant court orders or convictions.
