Arizona MVD Screenings

Recently, the Arizona Legislature passed House Bill 2639. This bill mandates that all those cited and/or arrested for a DUI offense are required to obtain an alcohol screening by a licensed agency prior to their initial hearing. Scottsdale Treatment Institute, PLC, is state licensed to provide such screenings.

STI works closely with the MVD and will complete your screening and provide the MVD with electronic documentation verifying that your screening was completed and the recommended results of the screening. We will also provide the client with the necessary documentation to bring to the courts. This service is currently included in the screening process, and there is no additional fee for the service.
