 Our Philosophy

The idea for Scottsdale Treatment Institute began in 1996. Our priority is to treat the disease of addiction. We believe in treating addicts and alcoholics who come to our facility for treatment with respect. Too many people, friends and family members, have looked down on the alcoholic or addict as "being less than". Scottsdale Treatment Institute is dedicated to educating addicts, alcoholics, and family members about the disease of addiction.

Treatment Methods

One  method of treatment does not fit all. We offer Cognitive Behavioral, Medical Model with Intensive Outpatient Treatment.

Medical science has made and continues to make, tremendous strides in medical modalities available to treat addictions. STI is proud to offer cutting edge medical treatment to our clients. Heroin, Oxycontin, Hydrocodine and Vicodin addicts are relieved of their cravings and withdrawel symptoms, in most cases, almost immediately with Suboxone. A once monthly injection if Vivitrol helps the alcoholic cease their constant desire for a drink and return to school or work the next day.

Scottsdale Treatment has a procedure to help Methamphetamine,Cocaine and Crack addicts relieve their cravings. The removal of cravings allows the alcoholic and addict to begin to think with some clarity for the first time since the beginning of their addiction.

We are not a 12 step model, however, we do provide information on what self-help is (AA, CA, NA,) so if you decide to make self-help a part of your program you will have the knowledge and insight on these programs as well.

Respect and dignity are the bases of our program. We do not judge, we provide a healthy supportive atmosphere for all our clients.

We hope we can be part of your solution toward long term recovery, give yourself the gift of life and call for help !

Arizona State Licensed Facility

Alcohol/Drug Intensive Outpatient Services

Scottsdale Treatment Institute and its staff are dedicated to the treatment and prevention of addiction.

By the time we see the addicted patient or those abusing alcohol/drugs, damage has already occurred. We endeavor to stop the damage and promote healing to all, with support, education, understanding and hope.

Please remember that recovery is a process and, like addiction itself, it is progressive and sometimes time-consuming. One insight gradually leads to another so that, with thoughtful direction and steady support, progress continues.
